Scope of the Owner’s Representative Service

We manage the entire execution process—from scheduling to coordinating the work of all contractor teams. We ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of each project phase.
Supervision of Contractors
We monitor the quality of work performed, ensuring compliance with the design and technical standards. We respond promptly to any deviations from the agreed plans and resolve issues that arise during execution.
Budget Management
We monitor expenses, verify cost estimates and invoices, and negotiate prices for materials and services. We ensure optimal use of funds while maintaining the planned quality standards.
Procurement of Materials and Equipment
We handle the purchase of all necessary finishing materials, furnishings, and accessories according to the project. We organise transportation, storage, and deliveries to the project site.
Documentation Control
We verify formal and technical documents related to the execution—contracts, specifications, certifications, and certificates. We ensure the completeness of as-built documentation.
Technical Inspections
