Author’s Project Supervision

Our designer regularly visits the project site to monitor progress and ensure compliance with the design. The frequency of visits is tailored to the intensity and complexity of the ongoing work.

We facilitate direct communication between the designer and contractors, enabling precise clarification of all project details and nuances. We resolve doubts, answer questions, and provide additional information as needed.

We verify that the delivered materials, finishing elements, and furnishings comply with those specified in the project. We check their quality, colour, texture, and technical specifications.

In case of unforeseen technical difficulties, we provide immediate solutions and project modifications that preserve its aesthetics and functionality.

Sometimes construction conditions differ from the original design assumptions. In such cases, we make necessary adjustments while maintaining consistency with the initial concept.

All modifications made are carefully documented and incorporated into the as-built documentation, ensuring a complete record of the implementation process.

Author’s supervision focuses exclusively on the design and quality aspects of the execution. The designer conducts regular but intermittent site visits to verify that the work aligns with the original design vision, paying close attention to aesthetic details and quality standards. This service does not include managing the budget or schedule, and the designer does not intervene in organisational matters. Author’s supervision can be provided independently of whoever manages the overall execution process, ensuring that even the smallest design details are correctly interpreted and carried out according to the designer’s intent.

The Owner’s Representative provides comprehensive management of the entire project execution process. This includes continuous presence and supervision of the work, full responsibility for organisational, logistical, and financial matters. The Owner’s Representative manages contractors and suppliers, coordinates the schedule, controls the budget, and assumes full responsibility for the project’s execution from start to finish. Acting as your proxy, they relieve you of the daily duties related to supervising the work while safeguarding your interests and ensuring timely completion in accordance with design and budgetary assumptions.

Our designers possess not only theoretical knowledge but also practical experience in interior implementation, enabling them to effectively anticipate and solve construction challenges.

For complex technical matters, our designer can consult with experts from specific disciplines to ensure optimal solutions.

Thanks to our own furniture factory, we can ensure exceptional precision in the production of built-in elements and custom furniture. Author’s supervision in this area is particularly effective when manufacturing takes place under our direct oversight.

As part of author’s supervision, we create detailed photographic documentation of each stage of execution, ensuring full transparency of the process and providing a valuable source of information for any future modifications.
