The local market offered investors a distinctly American style, but lacked what truly defines the premium segment: a cohesive concept, uncompromising execution and furniture designed specifically for the interior.

They knew exactly what they wanted — and more importantly, they knew who they wanted to work with. We had previously collaborated on a project in Poland, so when they decided to build their home in Florida, compromise was never an option. Even on the other side of the world, they chose a team they knew, trusted and associated with a consistent standard of quality.

This was our first residential project in Florida — and at the same time, a realization that proved distance is never a limitation.

The entire project — a private residence of over 400 m² — was designed remotely, based on precise on-site measurements taken by our Project Manager.

All furniture, designed and manufactured in our own facility, was executed exactly as envisioned — with no compromises, no substitutions and no reliance on “local equivalents.”

The result is an interior that combines American scale with European precision, elegance and the level of finish the investors were looking for.
